Macarons (not to be confused with macaroons) are delicate meringue based sandwich cookies made from almond powder, sugar, and egg whites. Made with farm fresh organic egg whites! In our pantry, our macarons are filled with various homemade buttercreams, jams, and curds. We love to explore new flavors and experiment with a myriad of filling combinations! Recommended consumption within 2-4 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
